WAVE Event Manager
The event manager is where you sign up for and manage all of your fundraising/dues paying events at the RBC and Walnut Creek. Event administrators enter events into the database, and periodic messages are sent informing registered members of upcoming events. Note that these messages are sent to the e-mail address on file in your user account (accessed through the user manager) and not the e-mail address(es) on file in your family record.
The event manager consists of three main areas:
View Events: This area lists all upcoming events with all available information about the events. There is also a link to sign up for a particular event if volunteers are still required.
Sign Up for an Event: This is similar to the View Events area, except not all information is provided and all upcoming events are listed on a single page. If volunteers are still needed for an event, you can sign up for an event by clicking on the event name.
My Events: This gives you a quick look at your upcoming events as well as a link to cancel your sign up for an event. You must be logged in to sign up for events, view your events and cancel your events.
The event manager will send you a reminder two days before an event you have volunteered to work.
